I Was there after my knee surgery and the Hotel staff treated me very well. From offering me the surgical soap as I arrived to having the medical aids already set up in the room. I was very impressed. They brought me a few bags of ice for the ice machine. Therefore, I was very happy with the Hotel. I would stay again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast every morning was delicious, the room was always clean, the bed was super comfortable and the gym was decently sized! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.

Breakfast was very basic. Room was clean but there was a weird smell in the room. Bed was comfortable. Nice sofa. Kitchen was very nice. Big microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, glasstop oven and crockery. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. The lights were kinda dim especially in the bathroom. Overall good place to stay.

This is my second year booking with Residence Inn for Anime North and it is by far my most favourite hotel to stay at. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We always look forward to the wonderful breakfast in the mornings.
