"The manager of the property was very responsive if i had questions. The property could have been cleaned a little better, especially the gaming area. But overall it wasnt too bad. The heat was the biggest issue. The temp got down to 38F and it was rayher cold. There is not a central heat system. You have to use space heaters. Its a large space so it was difficult to regulate. Thebpool was still closed and the back yard looked a little neglected. No sitting area, just some dirty outdoor chairs....

"Fairly convenient and accessible within half hour drive to work and fun. Thirteen minutes drive to airport. Small but mighty business area amidst the open concept multipurpose room, which i liked. A well thought out fitness centre and coin operated laundry are pleasant and essential hotel offering, imo. Clean and comfortable, Tru is the perfect hotel bubble for a short and sweet stay. "
