"Condo was not clean so I’m not sure why they charge for cleaning. The shower curtain was so dirty I didn’t want to shower with the curtain inside. The door to the laundry was broken along with the drying being so loud it seems like it’s also broken. The water was not working for 3 days due to repairs in the building. The dishwasher didn’t work. Dishes were dirty. The fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row at 3am. That being said I went down 60 flights of stairs and rally hurt my knees. Parking...

"This apartment is in a good central area. The price was reasonable for Toronto and overall we were happy with it. However, the arrangements for getting a key are not easy. The security guards are not helpful as they have nothing to do with the rental and only having one key was difficult. The bathroom was not very clean and the towel rail was loose. It was very hard to close the balcony door when I opened it to take a photo. The apartment needs maintenance as does the front door of the building...

"great downtown location, close to scotiabank arena. our 34th floor studio suite was cosy, but the white walls had many dark finger marks and could use a cleaning or repaint. room was fine other than that. 3 elevators for the upper floors, yet only 1 was operational on the weekend, making the trip down a 20 minute wait in a packed elevator. easy to get in and out of building with key fob. will use again."
