Terrible stay. Only one elevator was working for 30 stories could take up to half an hour the get one. The compagny global stay put all the blame on the management of the building. Just stay away from this one.

This is a hidden gem and an outstanding property to stay at overnight for a concert or event in downtown Toronto. The property would also be a wonderful home base for a family or small group for a Toronto vacation as it’s located close to the Island Airport, Highway, shopping, entertainment, major attractions and walkable & city transportation to anywhere you wish to go! Finally, any balcony view is outstanding both day and night as you take in the beauty, sights and sounds of this amazing, cosmopolitan, world renown city with Canadian hospitality!

The accommodation was fine overall. The service from staff are lagging. I only manage to get the room key on my 2nd day. Also problem with AC and contacted the staff for 5 times but they can’t do anything to adjust the AC’s temperature. We have to live in the cool environment for 3 nights. Truly disappointing.

The location is so great! Easily walkable to Rogers Center, the metro convention center, Ripleys aquarium and all the downtown tourist attractions. The front desk security staff were very friendly and helpful. Early check in and late check out weren’t options and not having a storage space for luggage was unfortunate. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

You can’t beat the location. The building itself is very nice. The cleanliness of the apartment was questionable. There were hairs in the beds and the floors were dirty. Luckily I brought my own sheets. The patio windows look like they’re haven’t been cleaned in awhile. There was an issue with laundry soap spilled throughout the closet when we arrived, but they responded quickly to that and sent someone to clean it up. The view of the city was great and a 3 bedroom apartment in that location was definitely cheaper than renting 2 hotel rooms. If you don’t mind the wear and tear and cleanliness issues, it’s a great spot.

Excellent location. Very clean. It was tricky to see the address outside of the building. We had a bit of trouble finding it the first time. Would be nice they had coffee pods for the Keurig, (although there are great coffee places close by) and perhaps put some photos in the four picture frames that all say “urban supply?”
