We stayed for six nights, and our stay was fantastic! The hotel is new, the room was clean with a comfortable bed, and the staff were friendly especially the lady who helped us at check-in. The location was perfect for us. It was easy to visit all the main attractions like the CN Tower and the aquarium, and it was just a few blocks from the Metro and Eaton Centre.

The Toor was clean, modern and had the best staff. The staff at reception were amazing, it was the same female and male for our whole stay, they built quick rapport and went above and beyond. The hotel though is about two streets out of the nice part of town, there is a heavy homeless population with food banks, the Salvation Army and transient housing services.

I liked the cleaness, friendly and extremely welcoming staff, the breakfast at the restaurant was so fresh and tasty. The reception and restaurant staff were professional, make you feel at home.. The rooms are tiny and furniture is minimalist, specially queen bed rooms.
