"We stayed at this cabin for one night to celebrate our 18-year anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect! It’s a beautiful, private, and secluded spot that gave us the peace and quiet we were looking for. With no cell service, we were able to completely disconnect from our phones and really reconnect with each other, such a blessing.The king-sized bed on the main floor was super comfy, and at night the view of the stars was breathtaking. The location is also fantastic, just a quick 15-minute drive to the beach, and the nearby Eco Adventure Park was exactly what we needed to add a little fun and activity to our getaway.The owner was wonderful to communicate with and made everything easy from start to finish. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful escape"

"We use the beach cottage to access the provincial park as well as the long point birding observatory. The park is about a five minute walk straight down Erie street while the LPBO banding station is located just around the corner along big cut Road.Beach access is also about five minutes down Erie street and down a short cul-de-sac.The cottage was very well cared for and rustic, which is our preference. It’s was well decorated and has everything anyone could need to call home for a week.We will definitely consider returning next year during the fall migration which begins in late August and early September. "

"There were 6 of us (all adults) staying in this fabulous apartment…. Really well appointed, beautiful decor, very comfortable, had everything you could ask for. We were amazed at how much Chris (the host) had included within this rental…. Really excellent. The balcony area had a great view over the lake and we also enjoyed the outdoor lounge on the roof!The location was perfect, we had all taken our bikes and we had a canoe which we used to paddle along Big Creek which is very close by. We definitely plan to go back and explore further…. Thanks Chris, you were the best! Great communication throughout :)"

"Our family has been staying at this cottage every year since 2021, and it’s always a wonderful experience! It comfortably fits three small families — ours, my sister’s, and the grandparents. The layout is well thought-out, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a larger group.Over the years, the cottage has seen many thoughtful upgrades. One of our favorite features is a cozy netted area on the second level — perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while enjoying a cup of coffee or playing board games downstairs in the dining area.The location couldn’t be more convenient — just a short walk to the beach, which is ideal for grandparents or families with young children. The beach itself is fantastic: shallow areas make it safe for little ones, but deeper water is easily accessible too.We’ve celebrated birthdays and special milestones here, and every year our kids ask when we’re coming back — it’s truly become a cherished tradition for our family."

"A very well-located hotel, interesting architecture. The room was spacious and clean, as it also was the washroom. Furniture in good shape and comfortable. The heated outdoor pool, gym and free parking a great value. We were offered free breakfast on first day. That was a misunderstanding. I woke up my son so we wouldn't miss the convenience of the free breakfast. But that was a mistake. Just tea, coffee, yogurt and cereals should be called free snacks, not "breakfast". We went for breakfast somewhere else after that."
