"For the most part gorgeous house. The most important things were clean like the bathrooms and kitchen. I recommend cleaning furniture and carpets. The house has a musty smell when we first arrived. Also the outside needs maintenance . The host was very responsive. "

"Cumberland Cottage was the perfect place for us this weekend. The cottage is clean and well stocked. Beds are comfortable. The location was ideal for hanging around downtown Nashville. The owner was very communicative. I highly recommend this property"
