Everything was incredible! This cabin was magical/dreamy/cozy/wonderful in every way! The host answered our questions within minutes if not seconds. The location was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to stay here!
This was the perfect place for our kids free trip. Super quiet and relaxing. Beautiful cabin with a cool history. You will not be disappointed staying here.
Needed to come to Nashville for medical visit. Found this location just a short drive out of town. Property was beautiful. Cabin was very comfortable and well equipped. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.
This rustic cabin is absolutely breathtaking! It is very clean, well stocked and the owner is so friendly and easy to work with. For us it was just perfect! Close enough to Nashville to see the sights but quietly nestled in the country.
Loved it!

This property was beautiful and relaxing, yet so close to Nashville. We will be staying there again. Host was wonderful and check in and check out was seamless! Thank you for the best romantic vacation! ❤️❤️
I read the past reviews beforehand & totally agree this has been beautifully renovated & decorated. We felt very welcomed & comfortable. It was a great place to escape & relax, yet it was close to several places we wanted to visit in addition to Kentucky Downs.
The cabin is perfect in every way. Clean, beautiful and everything you need and more! Its location is amazing off the road and private and yet just 30 minutes from Nashville.
it does not disappoint this was our 2nd trip staying there and it will be a place we revisit at least twice a year as it is perfect.
We took the trip for a concert. It was the perfect distance to Nashville but gave us the quiet of being away from the city. It was perfect and welcoming. Peaceful.
JuneBug is absolutely gorgeous and charming in all of her glory. We look forward to staying longer next time we visit. Quiet and peaceful place to retreat and just get away into a cozy romantic cabin in the woods.
Cozy cabin close enough to the city but far enough away in the county
Joy is the most amazing hostesses! Was willing to go above and beyond to surprise my daughter for her sweet 16 trip! The cabin is chic and cozy with all.of the amenities you want and need. Close enough to the Nashville airport and downtown but far enough away to be far more chill than the downtown vibe.theenough away to n
The pictures of this cabin pale in comparison to how beautiful it is in person. From the moment you walk in you feel so welcome and comfortable. We got to watch deer in the small field by the house at night and soaked in all the peaceful relaxing vibes this cabin has to offer.
My husband and I really enjoyed our three-night stay in the beautiful June Bug cabin! Joy, our host, gave detailed instructions prior to our arrival and the check out instructions were clearly noted in the kitchen. We loved the comfort of the cabin (bed and living room furniture), and the awesome bath tub. The cabin 's location was perfect for our needs. We caught a show at the Grand Ole Opry, enjoyed live music at the Local Hendersonville and shopped for antiques in Springfield! We will definitely be back to this area!
This cabin is amazing!! It is stunning so well stocked and the perfect retreat for a couples getaway. The host is wonderfully easy to work with and makes the check in process so easy. The cabin was immaculately clean. The location is great! Close enough to Nashville but also far enough to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. I highly recommend renting this property. You won’t be disappointed.
Came here for our honeymoon and it was great! Loved all the little details that went into this cabin. Owners were absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be coming back and bringing our friends to stay! Hands down the best cabin we have ever stayed at!!!! Now if I can convince my husband to get me one of those bathtubs!!!
This cabin is exactly what my wife and I needed for a short break from all the hustle and bustle. Next time we book this cabin we don’t plan to leave. The atmosphere, land, wildlife and setting are perfect for a relaxing trip. Highly recommend. Thank you Joy.
Beautiful, awesome, cozy, welcoming and even better than the pictures in the listing. Quiet and just a wonderful place to call home for a couple of days. Everything that we needed to be able to cook our own breakfast for a couple of mornings. Comfy bed too! Staying here felt like we were worlds away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville. We will be back!!
The June Bug Cabin was excellent for my wife and I. The history with John and June Cash tied to this property was intriguing. The owner/host was super helpful and everything was as advertised. Recommend to any couple coming to the Nashville area. Great church nearby —- check it out Long Hollow!

Highly recommend this lovely cabin! The pictures do not give justice to just how amazing this cabin is. Location was just what we were looking for. It was close enough to Nashville without having the hustle and bustle. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to communications. We arrived really late and were so pleased that the lights were left on for us. You cannot go wrong staying here. We are already looking forward to a return stay!
