"Unfortunately for us, a wasp nest was discovered at the cabin we reserved for the weekend. However, the staff were extremely helpful, especially Melissa, in arranging for different accommodations for our group. The property is very quaint and the rooms are nice, with king size beds and jetted tubs. Breakfast was included at the Hearthstone Bakery located in Kamiah. I would recommend and plan to visit again."

"Had a problem with door code that was not the owners fault. She and Vrbo fairly quickly got it straightened out. We were traveling on utv’s over the old wagon road from elk city. One of our machines had a breakdown just before we got to our room. Host was nice enough to let us park machine there until we could retrieve it, and offered us a free nights stay! You can’t find people like that much anymore.!"

"Awesome property and hosts! The house was clean, stocked, comfortable, extremely/reasonably priced-- has wonderful views, wildlife and a very peaceful vibe. Close to all the outstanding outdoor activities....like jet boating Hells Canyon and a cute park on the Salmon river with shade, a great beach less than a mile from the house. Had some awesome sleep as the furnishings were very comfortable and inviting. Hosts were informative, timely and most accommodating...it was a pleasure to interact with them and the local caretaker.We travel a lot and this was a very special stay...would rebook in a heartbeat as it was the perfect getaway from stress and city life. Nature was the focus while being most comfortable in this property."

The scenery, wildlife and peacefulness of this location is stunning. The host certainly outdid themselves in every single touch with all the comforts of home. Exceeded our expectations. Bravo!
