"New hotel, nice pool, nice gym. Juan Pablo checked us in, wow he is amazing!!! Great customer service!! Don’t let him go Hyatt! So young and so experienced. The room was nice, but I suspect they have bed bugs unfortunately. A brand new hotel and looked clean but they had tiny insects on the bed and they seem to be bed bugs. "

"One of the best hot breakfasts we've had at hotels. Food was abundant and they continued to refill everything throughout the morning. Unlike other places we've stayed where when something runs out they don't refill.This place took care of their patrons and made sure food stayed full. Coffee was good with actual liquid creamer and not just powder. Very upscale."

"Loved our stay. Bed was comfy...loved you have microwave. And enough electric outlets. Very clean .plenty of towels. Fresh coffee as well. "

"Hotel room was very clean, nice amenities. Would absolutely stay here again, it was a very good value. Only minor complaint would be that there were just three very small pillows for a king bed. Breakfast was just coffee, yogurts, cereal, but we rarely eat hotel breakfast anyway. Great service "
