"Overall, we had a very good stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, the facilities were good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast restaurant offered an excellent and extensive selection of food. The hotel is also conveniently located about a 10–15 minute walk from the Village. Overall, a great hotel with good amenities and friendly service, but the noisy heating system definitely needs improvement. The only downside was the room heater, which was extremely noisy and disturbed our sleep throughout the night. Unfortunately, turning it off wasn’t really an option, as the room became too cold without it."

The kitchen needs some attention - light over the stove, some serving bowls, more pots, some dishclothes in lieu of 2 small sponges especially as you wish renters to keep things clean. We bought some. Having 2 fridges was super! And how about those wine glasses- they don't fit into the dishwasher. Also some smaller glasses would be useful for mixed drinks and morning orange juice.For the living room some more pillows would be a great addition as well as binoculars to take advantage of the lake view.We did enjoy the space - thanks."

"The VRBO itself was fantastic, check-in details were sent a few hours before check-in time and everything was clean and as expected when my group arrived. There was a firepit we were able to make good use of, plenty of space to meet and cook meals together at, and the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms which served us well during our stay. It was a great home base for a group of friends to explore blue mountains and the surrounding areas.My only issue was that all the information was sent via pre-programmed e-mails, and there must have been a hiccup because a couple of days before check-in I received another round of e-mails from the host but for a different set of dates! This led to some confusion, and when I tried to e-mail the host or message them on VRBO I never got a response (even though they did send another automatic e-mail after check-in saying they were available and to e-mail if there were any hiccups). In the end everything went smoothly so it was just a little bit of unexpected stress but I do worry that if there was issues with check-in or something else that getting a hold of the host might be difficult. A pair of phone numbers were also provided for emergencies which I didn't have to use, so perhaps that would work, but I just hope the host is a little more attentive to their e-mails in the future."

"My family had a great stay! The house was clean, charming and comfortable! We had kids and adults and we’ve have no complaints. Bao is a great host. The propane was empty when we got there. He had someone swap out the tank within the hour! We were pleased with the prompt response and action. The house is conveniently close to Blue mountain village and any other amenities. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This property was fantastic for our large family. It was very clean and the hosts were kind enough to provide little extras like soap, shampoo, kitchen sponges/dishwashing soap. It was great to not have to bring those things along. Some of the features listed were not working (jacuzzi tub) so it would have been nice to know that in advance. It is a three level house and the very top level got very warm. The AC didn’t work great up there but owners provided fans which made it bearable. The location was amazing and right across the road from a beautiful beach. It isn’t ideal for swimming but a lovely spot to sit and watch the sunsets.There were virtually no bugs outside which was AMAZING for the time of year we visited. Overall, a fantastic property and I would stay again."
