"Staff especially Maria was excellent! After complaining that the AC was not working, Maria contacted maintenance and promptly advised that further investigation is needed. She offered to change our rooms which we did. I left a makeup mirror in the old room and Maria retrieved it the next day. Maria was extremely helpful. Hotel location is in an excellent location close to many restaurants and transportation to airport and train station. We enjoyed our stay.
