Beautiful hotel in the heart of Dublin. Rooms were beautifully presented and the main areas of the hotel were pristine. The hotel offers a good variety of dining options and the Horseshoe bar is fantastic. The pool area was nice but felt disconnected from the theme of the hotel. We will definitely be staying again.

I was very much looking forward to my stay at the Waldorf, but was very surprised when I was greeted at the front desk telling me my room wasn’t ready at 5:00 PM when the room should be ready by 3 PM. The young lady at the front desk said if I wanted to upgrade to 80 pounds I could get a king suite I then asked I have to spend extra money to get a room didn’t go over very well was very unhappy when I returned to the hotel at 7 PM, I did have a room. I looked out the window and it was cement and scaffolding. I loved the location but not the service. We were very disappointed.

For the price was expecting more, valet was very convenient. Rooms were just OK and the pool was more like a small lane pool than a spa like pool. Room service options very limited

Excellent location in Dublin

My husband and I stayed here as our first trip to Dublin and we were blown away! The location is excellent and the accommodations were above and beyond. We were so comfortable and loved that we could walk to many locations nearby. The only thing we noted about our room is that it was a little warm and the duvet was very heavy, but that may just be our preference. Everything else was superb!
