"Elevator was broken- said it will be fixed tomorrow which never happened. No offer to help with our luggage. Staff not readily available at the desk. Telephone lines don’t work so if you want to come all to the front desk you must walk downstairs (cause the elevator was hit working ;( ). Just we got our steps in! Room was nice - nice set up and very clean. Housekeeping was good. Oh and the back door is just open cause the handicap buttons don’t work so not great security or accessibility. "

"Older facility that was renovated nicely. Excellent parking. No pool or hot tub. Breakfast only available until 9:00 a.m. Would like breakfast available until 10:00 a.m. on weekends. Ran out of main breakfast items, and they were not refilled."

"Staff were kind and property was clean. Unfortunately the water slide wasn’t operating at the time we checked in around 5pm or so. The pool was also freezing cold because they had an issue with the boiler but they had it fixed not long after. "
