"Booked this trip for my wife’s birthday after hearing so many good things. Turns out they were correct! From the moment we walked in it’s was perfect, the hotel was stunning, the staff are absolute perfection particularly Gerry the concierge the main receptionist (I have forgot her name, young lady blonde hair and glasses, she was super friendly and welcoming made check in a breeze! And stella at the spa reception. Amazing and again, super patient and friendly. And the hotel itself is amazing, so modern and timeless. And the scent as well, so fresh and relaxing the moment you walk in. Already booking another stay for our wedding anniversary."
