Get away to beautiful and peaceful Whidbey island!

This beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated 2-bedroom, 2 bath home with a large private entertaining deck sits on a hilltop with Westerly views overlooking Puget Sound, Admiralty Inlet, Port Townsend, Forts Flagler, Worden, and Casey; ship traffic including the Port Townsend-Coupeville ferry, cruise ships, aircraft carriers, nuclear submarines, container traffic, and, of course, the magnificent sunsets that fill the sky.

RELAX and get away to the large Oceanside deck with surrounding views, smells of the beach and calming sounds of crashing waves. Also perfect for outside dining, BBQing and sitting around the firepit at night.
The updated kitchen has elegant granite counter tops and new GE profile black stainless-steel appliances, fully equipped for your gourmet meals. The living room has a 65" Samsung TV, cozy couches, a gas burning stove, and the room is full of light and all sliding doors leading to the deck and koi pond.
Wake up to the spectacular view and passing birds in the master bedroom. It has a comfortable queen bed and private updated full bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and updated main bathroom.

The property is beautifully landscaped with another fire pit in the front yard with a water feature and seating.

A nice walk or a couple minutes’ drive to the community beach access. The beach is a lovely sand & gravel. Perfect for sunbathing, beach combing, picnic's and swimming in the chilly Puget sound.
Our home is conveniently located in Central Whidbey Island between Greenbank (3 miles) and Coupeville (7 miles) wonderful shopping, wine tasting and top-rated restaurants. Penn Cove Mussel farm is close by so the mussels and oysters at the Coupeville Restaurants are the best and most fresh! Fort Casey Historical Park (9 miles), Ebey Landing National Historic Reserve and Deception Pass State Park offer hiking, exploration and biking loops. For more ideas and restaurants, we have put together a booklet of places to eat and things for you to do.
Please note: No Smoking, No parties or events, do not wear shoes in the house and you must be 25 years old to reserve the house.

Glorious island retreat

This was our third stay at Turtle House, and it was as lovely as ever. All the amenities you would want or need, great location mid-island and this time, the sun was out so the sunsets were glorious. The fish were also out this time so we even were able to feed them! Thanks Chace for being a great host, as always. :-)

Celebration

We were 4 girlfriends celebrating our birthdays in this beautiful home. All possible comforts were supplied, down to outside blankets to cuddle up in to watch the sunsets. Will recommend to all of our friends.

House was well appointed. The view was incredible. Beach access was easy enough with a quick hike, or a driving option if you were feeling sluggish. Modern appliances, lots of decorations. You can tell this house is well taken care of. Highly recommended.

Love the Sea Turtle House!

The Sea Turtle House is beautiful! From the moment we walked in, it was apparent this property was created for hospitality, style and comfort. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We especially loved the views from the back deck as well as the floor-to-ceiling windows along the back of the house. The kitchen is very well-equipped - above and beyond what we've experienced in most other rentals. The beds are very comfortable too. Highly recommend this rental for a great experience!

Little bit of heaven

Sea Turtle vacation home was perhaps the most beautiful and peaceful home we have stayed at... truely a piece of heaven. There was not one item missing... for our stay. We loved house and property !

The house was beautiful even better than the pictures. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could want and more. The host even left us a chilled bottle of white wine and some chocolate a very nice thought! The view was amazing and the house had plenty of room for two couples. The house was clean and gorgeous ! Even the pantry had full spices and other basics , what a nice surprise. We would definitely consider staying here in the future !

The property was as good as it gets pretty much. There we're a couple of things we weren't sure of such as whether the coffee on the selves was for looks or use. It looked very inviting but we didn't use it because of the not knowing. All and all it was just great, Thanks to Chase

A perfect place in which to explore the island

This lovely ‘home’ (far more than a house) was just what we needed to unwind from the chaos of the outside world. From the moment you drive through the gate, you are transposed to a serene garden oasis. The Sea Turtle Home was spotlessly clean and very well equipped for our every need. The decor was sea-inspired at each and every turn which reminded us to stay in the present time of comfort and serenity while enjoying the amazing view. Feeding the koi twice a day was another extension of the peace and quiet, with the exception of the birds’ sweet songs and an occasional dove cooing. If you can’t tell by now, we throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. On the practical side, the communication and check in/check out was easy peasy!

A PERFECT place for a long weekend!

For the moment we booked our stay until after he time we arrived Chace was wonderful at responding to my messages and informing us about the house. We ( my husband, daughter, and son-in-law had a fabulous 3 days at your beautiful home. The house had everything we could possibly want and was so much more wonderful than the pictures we had seen. The kitchen has everything you could need and is big enough for a family to cook together. The weather was perfect and allowed lots of time in our favorite place, the deck overlooking the water and mountains. We loved seeing the eagles fly over head and watching a the spectacular sunsets. We enjoyed some touring of the island, but our favorite place to be was Sea Turtle House. Thank you Chace for giving us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home and for the chocolates and the wine.

Perfect "me time"

Chace is a wonderful host. He was very responsive to any and all communications, no matter how random! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and has terrific views. I love the deck, and really want to come back to experience it when it's warmer and less rainy. So relaxing and beautiful. The bed in the main bedroom is super comfortable and the 2-headed rainshower is a treat (even for 1 person!) The kitchen is stocked, and pretty, and immaculate. The photos on the site are 100% representative of everything, and the coziness is real! Every detail in the house was obviously considered and there are little extras everywhere to remind you of Chace's thoughtfulness (mini Reese's cups, thank you!). Love the art, the light fixtures, the little plants inside, and all the wonderful details in the yard. I had to take quite a hike to get to the beach since the more direct access path was locked. But it's a pretty neighborhood with great views and friendly neighbors. I am hoping to come back with a friend for a girls' getaway! Lovely place, just book it!
