"We chose and confirmed a room that specified a view of the harbor. This was not a request; this was the description of the room. When we checked in we were told that a harbor view room was not available.Our room had a view of only the backs of some old buildings.
In addition. there was a large support column in the middle of the room combined with a sloping ceiling that blocked access to the right side of the bed."

"We haven't been to Cherbourg for sometime, and we were pleasantly surprised at how much it has changed. I was not keen on Cherbourg in the past, but now it's clean and with great walking paths, liking the pedestrenisation, it's so nice, always lovely flowers and a very nice place for a stay over! We will be back and book again.The area has changed a lot!

"I would definitely stay here again, it was such a great location to catch the ferry from Cherbourg and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked in quite late, around 7pm, parking and taking my dog were no problem, it was all so easy and in an incredibly impressive historical building. There is a restaurant in the hotel which we didnât try and also quite a few other places to eat within the town. It felt very safe and quiet. "
