Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a 30 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in a private garage located in the neighbouring residential block (suitable for a small vehicle). There are also free car parks in the vicinity of the residence.

- Nearest airport: Caen - Carpiquet Airport, 20.5 km away (a 30-minute drive)
- By car, 30 minutes from the city of Caen

- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet weighing up to 5kg is permitted per stay.
