"Very friendly staff. Property could use an update. Hallways kinda stunk and smelled musty. Breakfast buffet wasn’t bad and the staff working it was very friendly. For one night, it was good. There was no elevator so that is something to keep in mind if you can’t do stairs. For the price, I think you could find something updated and fresh but it was clean and safe."

"My room 208 infront at the pool my night terrible because many child in the pool and the hotel close the pool at 10pm. Around 10pm children run in front at my room and Knock on my door. Not only one time ! I'm call at front desk and the said change for other room For this around 10.45pm I'm so close call at 911 because the child not stop the knock my door and running. This morning in my check out the front desk says the return my money back . Is with you company. Please make the money back Thanks so much!"

"No breakfast in the morning. The front desk staff used the excuse TWICE that someone didn't show up. Had coffee in the room, but no sugar or creamer. No access to coffee during the day. I did like the set up of the room."

"Should be called the Lowest Quality Inn. No maid service unless they do it at 9:30 am, after that they are too busy according to the manager. The chair in our room was ripped/ falling apart. One of the towels was brown on one side. Disgusting"

"hotel shuttle to and from the airport and metro was very nice amenity. our room overlooked the pentagon, capitol building, jefferson memorial and washington monument. very quiet property. beware of parking garages here and everywhere we actually parked in dc. we rented a chevy traverse (little bigger than an equinox) and the parking spaces in the dc garages are all very cramped and not really designed for larger vehicles. if you're staying here you probably wouldnt need a rental car as the shuttle will drop you off /pick you up at the pentagon city metro station or the reagan airport station. overall good stay."

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable, though the room did not cool well, even with thermostat set to 60F. The ac unit would just cut off. Breakfast was good, and fitness room has basic necessities. The carpets and walls in common areas could use scrubbing or repaint."
