"Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. Bedrooms/Bathrooms/kitchen on the top floor, living room/TV area in the bottom floor. No air conditioning in any of the rooms, so summer will be very warm. Very attentive management. Easy check...

"We were 5 adults and 3 children aged 9, 12 and 13. The house is a clever but curious conversion and very spacious. The living area/kitchen can take 10 people easily. 1 double bedroom is on the ground floor with a separate toilet and also a shower/bath room. "Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet ancien hôtel restaurant pour fêter les 40 ans d’un ami. L’endroit est parfaitement adapter à la fête, avec 10 chambres indépendantes pourvues d’une salle de bain avec toilettes pour chacune d’elles. La cuisine est à faire pâlir tous les chef cuisiniers en herbe que nous sommes car c’est une cuisine équipée professionnelle! "Our stay there at this house was great, this house was very well prepared for us with a lot of space (4 rooms + 2 bed sofas + 2 full bathrooms + kitchen + living room and patio) and confort for the 6 of us. It is very well located at Saint Dennis, North of Paris, but very accesible by car and Bus/Metro system. In addition it is located very close to few mini markets, and bakery, and at walking distance we found a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. The property manager was always on top,...

"Wat een fijn huis. De vloer boven kraakte aan alle kanten, maar dat was ok. Op max. 15 minuten rijden van Disney en de supermarkten. Geweldige tuin! Jammer was wel dat 1 slaapkamer eigenlijk kinderbedden had. Verder zeer tevreden!"

"A tastefully decorated home with lots of single bed suited to our 3 families group of friends. 20min drive to Disney avoiding toll roads and two stops on fast train to Paris from local station Marles-en-Brie en Brie. Host was very attentive and spoke good English . No hand rail for stairs which we would have found helpful but otherwise a beautiful safe home well equipped home with lovely garden for little one to play in."

"Ich habe diese Unteekunft gewählt, um sie als Ausgangspunkt für eine Städtereise nach Paris zu nutzen. Wir waren 1 Erwachsener und 3 Teenager. Die Unterkunft war mit 2 Duschen und 2 Toiletten optimal für uns. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Und konnten uns nachts fernab des Großstadttrubels erholen. Die Unterkunft liegt schön ruhig in Marne-Tal. Der Bahnhof war bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso die Fußgängerzone von Lagny. Wir waren zufrieden."
