The self check-in process was seamless, and I was pleased to receive my damage deposit back quickly, everything went smoothly.The apartment was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs. "This picture shows a view from high up. We were finally able to get the keys the day after we were supposed to check in. Terrible process. The unit the keys fit were for one on the 1st floor and did not look like the picture at all.Not many penthouse apts with a number like 101.This seems very fraudulent! Nice sounding people who didn’t meet our expectations in any way.We ended in a hotel instead. Did not stay 10 minutes! "
