Just amazing from start to finish. Probably the friendliest welcoming hotel I have ever stayed in the uk. The service you could not fault. The cleanliness throughout was top marks. The Taj Hotel and the staff made a huge difference to our trip to London — Justin, Ifeanyi, Faraz, and Diego were all extremely helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very well looked after. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Any request we made was handled quickly and professionally. We also visited the spa, which was a really nice addition and made the stay feel even more relaxing. Overall, a great experience and one I’d happily recommend. We’ll definitely consider staying again in the future.

A very pleasent stay with very nice and helpful staff. The only downside was the extra bed that didn't match the hotel quality but that is a minor thing that didn't bother us to much. Thank you for a great weekend.
