"The house had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The house is well placed. Penryn has plenty to offer and access to Falmouth is quick and easy. Parking can be difficult although it is on a quiet road so stopping to unload bags/shopping at the door is possible. There is no outside space, which for us would have been a downside of we had been staying for longer."

"The property is in a good location. It is quiet and safe. The beds were comfy. I slept well. The internet was good. The TV worked. But when we arrived the bathroom and kitchen sinks were not as clean as I would have wanted them to be. I found some cleaning fluid and wiped them down.
