Quiet Mandeville, LA stay

Very nice for our purpose. Convenient to the seminar location. If I'm offering a suggestion...the bed frame could be less noisy - squeaky.

We stayed for 4 nights and very much enjoyed the space and layout of the home. Beds were very comfortable and good size closet space. Kitchen provided us with the essentials that were needed. The only things that we would request for the owner would be to add tv’s back into the bedrooms and to put some type of shade or blind on the glass front door for more privacy. We would love to stay again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay, this property is in excellent condition, well maintained and in a quiet, safe area. Marcie, our host, did a great job communicating with us anytime we had a question. Yes the home is clean

Location is close to freeway. Host provides the bare minimum. Doesn't bother to have hand soap in both bathrooms or an extra roll of t.p. Ended up going to Walmart to get an extra pillow & extra throw

House was clean however a few things could be fixed to make the stay better. There was an iron but no ironing board. The disposal was still not working even though several guests prior commented it was broken.

Beautiful, comfortable home

This townhome is really well designed and nicely decorated. It is beautiful inside. I can't give it a 5 because some of the glassware, particularly high in the cabinets, was dirty. Also, there were not enough cooking utensils (particularly knives), the garbage disposal was broken, and the towels were in the dryer and not in the bathroom when we arrived. All easily remedied to get a top rating.

The house was in a rundown, high-traffic area and didn’t feel safe. Entry key was left under a shell in the front garden. No curtains on large glass doors exposed the entire interior, including the guest room where my young daughter slept. Alarm system was triggered due to lack of signage and the host was unresponsive for hours—leaving us to deal with a blaring alarm at 5:30 AM before a scheduled surgery. Kitchen was understocked, house was not clean (bugs, dirty dishes, spider eating a bug in the bathroom), and beds were uncomfortable with no extra pillows or basic amenities (like bathroom hand soap). Overall an extremely stressful and disappointing stay. Would not recommend.
