Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter
The restaurant did not have the wine on the menu and the staff did not know what to do and had no clue what wine was what. The chef called in and they didn’t have a good back up plan. Poor waiter was trying his best and the manager had no clue, but tried. Rooms was super clean!

I can’t honestly review the breakfast because we are not breakfast eaters. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We did feel safe in the parking lot.
