"The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. The only downside is a fountain view room is an upchange. This is odd because its not very big and won't be something id pay extra to see out my window."

"Baseboards dirty puke stain on the floor (like it wasn’t cleaned proper not like stained carpet) water damage under windows ripped curtains but over all clean friendly staff great views convenient parking and location was walking distance to everything we had planned"

"The hotel is located in a rough part of Cincinnati with very limited parking. I would not recommend walking around the area after sunset. The rooms were decent, but nothing special. In my opinion, it is worth spending a little extra money for a nicer hotel in a better location. Due to the overall experience, we decided to leave a day early. When we requested an early checkout at 9:00 AM, the hotel still charged us for the additional night. We were told multiple times to call back later so a manager could approve the request, but every time we called we were given the runaround and promised a callback that never happened. We also contacted Expedia, but they advised us there was nothing they could do and that the issue had to be resolved directly with the hotel. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Spend a little more and book a better hotel elsewhere."
