Very pleased to stay here. Close to the airport and the area we needed to be in. We were in area for a family funeral. My mom got a sympathy card and a bag of goodies bc the death of her sister. Everyone was kind to us all. The beds were so comfortable.

I LOVE this hotel, the whole vibe was. relaxing, the pool was warm and AMAZING, and my room was super comfy, huge and had everything I needed. Will definitely return! We always love staying at Tru. We are just a few minutes away from our son who lives in florence. So nice, clean, friendly. Only that I would have liked better is better pillows (more support) but I can also bring my own. This won't stop me from staying again at the Tru

Extremely easy check in, easy going /yet prompt employees, clean, a lot of options for late night snacks , great price , fun atmosphere, plenty of parking ,the parking lot is well lit as well.
