good views, however didn't describe property clearly

Pro's: Close to the beach, beach views from balcony and main bedroom, lots of natural light in main areas. Cons: The property is on the second floor, up stairs; balcony is shared with chain smoking neighbours, no wifi, no dishwasher, no bathroom basin (shared with laundry), very dusty.
