The house was in good condition. We arrived and had the smoke alarm battery beeping. The property manager came to replace the battery within 30 min of our arrival (this was very appreciated). Communication with the property manager was excellent. Overall, the house was clean and presented well. Would definitely recommend this house.

New and very very clean house

I've been renting properties on the island for over 10 years and by far this house was the newest and cleanest house. The check in process with the owner was very easy and efficient. Neighbourhood was great and quiet. My only issue is that everything in the house was catered for a rental. The bed mattresses was cheap and poor quality, the refrigerator did not work well and the pots, pans, plates etc all of kmart quality. But as I said the house was new and extremely clean.
