Our single level home is clean, bright & relaxing. INTERNET & NETFLIX included, fireplace, 2 bathrooms, QUEEN bed in main room, Room2 has queen bed + set of bunk beds (2 single beds). Front/back yards fully fenced, PETS WELCOMED, outdoor seating + BBQ

Our vacation retreat is located only 1km walk to the main Cowes Beach, just 250 metres to the closest supermarket, there`s also an abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants to check out, all only a short walk away.
Other popular activities that are within 10 minutes drive of our property are;
Penguin Parade 11 minute drive Grand Prix Circuit 9 minute drive Wildlife Park 5 minute drive A Maze & Things 6 minute drive Smiths Beach 7 minute drive Riding tracks are also close by.
The house has good natural light and is neat, tidy and a great setup for a short getaway.
The living area includes comfy seating, an active fireplace great for those winter nights, a SMART TV with Netflix and unlimited NBN
The main bedroom includes 1 QUEEN bed.
The second bedroom features one queen bed and a set of bunk beds with two single beds, accommodating up to 4 people.
ALL BED AND BATH LINENS ARE PROVIDED. Please bring your own beach towels.
We also provide a PORTACOT and HIGHCHAIR
The kitchen includes all cookware, glassware and dinner sets. There`s a stainless steel fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee maker is available. Please be advised that coffee pods are not provided, so we kindly recommend bringing your own for your stay.
The dining room has a 6 seat dining table and the island bench includes 4 bar stools. There`s also a split system in the dining area providing heating and cooling options.
There`s two bathrooms and both include a walk-in shower and toilet in each of them.
The backyard entertaining area is undercover and includes a table with 8 chairs, a 4 burner BBQ, TV and an outdoor sink. A great spot to relax and enjoy a few drinks with great company in the summer or wintertime. There`s also an outdoor shower to rinse off after hitting the beach.
The front and back yards are fully fenced making it a great and secure option for your kids or furry pets. There are also outdoor bowls for your dog to eat/drink out of.
As per the above description, there`s plenty to see and do around Phillip Island. Thank you for abiding by the Quickstay house rules. They are designed to keep you, the property and our neighbours safe and happy.
- Body corporate rules and restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any changes, building works or facility closures that are our out of our control.
- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.
- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.
- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That`s what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.
- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.
- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that`s the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else`s rubbish!
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.
- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.
- ID is required to place your booking with us.
- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.
- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.
-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.
- Please leave the property as you found it :)
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don`t want you hurting yourselves.
- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.
And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
