Every detail, from dedicated lift access and secure parking (one vehicle), unlimited Wi-Fi, split system heating and cooling and premium fixtures and furnishings, has been meticulously curated. Dive into a harmonious blend of coastal tranquility and contemporary living.

Great View & location

The apartment had a beautiful view & great location but the down side was the cleaness. Had cobwebs in the kitchen & living area. We had to wash all the cutlery & glasses & plates cause in the cutlery drawer was dirty. Fan in main bedroom was covered in thick dust. Dishwasher had a terrible odour. Needs a good clean. Couch had crumbs in between cushions. I found it was pricey considering it wasn’t clean. Even the rugs had alot of stains.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I booked this house 8 months prior to going. Then the night before I get a call from OBrien Real Estate saying the AC has stopped working. We still agreed to keep the booking. Then the day of the booking, 30 mins prior to arrival I get a call saying the hot water has stopped working, he offered another house that was cheaper, once we arrived he said the house was more expensive and it was 15 mins away from the original location. We did not agree to this and they ended up cancelling our stay after 8 months of waiting and 2 years locked down in Covid.

Good location but dated

The location and view for this apartment is superb. However, the apartment was not as clean as I would have expected - there were old food items under the coffee table for example and under the TV cabinet (which you could see while sitting on the sofa), you have to bring your own linens which means more work for you despite the high price of the unit. The unit is very dated but you could look past this if it was very clean. Also, the dishwasher didn't work and the blind in the master bedroom was off its runner and wouldn't close properly. Overall, we really like the location and views, if the unit was cleaned properly, linen and towels supplied (I know the excuse is COVID but I think that if we can use the beds and sofas etc and that is considered safe, the units could provide linen which is laundered - it felt like they were pushing the cost onto the customer even though the unit was expensive to rent), and the appliances/blinds worked then it would be worth the expense. However, we felt for the cost (which was top end) it was a disappointment.

The price you pay was not worth the stay.

The location was indeed fantastic but the place where I stayed at was definitely not worth the money. There was broken chairs making it unable to sit on the balcony as well as the cleaning of the apartment wasn’t great.the high price for only a Friday afternoon to Sunday morning isn’t worth it.
