"Very clean, front desk was friendly, nice little kitchen which we didnt use as we were only there 1 night but long term stay would be excellent. Towels & provided soap, shampp, etc were a step above the average hotel. "

"THIS IS THE CUTEST PLACE! We stepped in and just kept saying, “Wow! This is great!” So easy to get to, quiet, cozy, spacious - just the perfect getaway! King size bed, super soft linens, good variety of pans, glasses, utensils, plenty of towels, comfortable furniture, plenty of lighting options lamps and/or track lighting. Host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Loved it!"

"We had a great time the location was great. Tyler took care of our concerns right away. The house was really nice. We went in the hot tub which was very enjoyable. The guys sat out on the porch around the fire pit. The beds were super comfortable. We ate dinner at Captain Quarters Riverside Grill. Thanks for the memories. "

"What a spot to come "home" to after exploring all there is to see in Louisville and Lexington. Thick fog, clear sunshine, the sound of frogs nearby. When you're on the river, it's always changing, always interesting. I would highly recommend this place. "

"Unfortunately, we booked this house because of the pool and hot tub. We did not see in the fine print of the 60.00 per day to heat the pool. The hot tub has a grounding issue, so we were unable to use that either. The location was great to the KICC and the communication with the manager was great."
