"They did not honor our room reservations, we had 2 booked over a month ago …. And told us when we arrived we ran out of rooms , after we paid the full amount… and suggested we go to another hotel, much less money & way out of our way at 5:00 in Palm Beach during rush hour…. We missed our dinner reservation… we had to cancel our girls weekend… because we had no where to stay…. And then drive 4 hours back home at night… I had never experienced anything like this … and the manger was horrible, just said to bad we ran out of rooms … So I had to pay a cancellation fee to get my money back & they cancelled our rooms … I will never stay at a Hilton again & I’m a rewards member… such a horrible experience.."

"From the moment we walked inside we felt welcome! The music and donuts were great!The main house was fantastic! The guest house and apartment were also fantastic! All were abundantly stocked with bedding, linens and cooking ware. Everything was very clean.We loved hanging out in the property at the pool. My sons loved the giant chess board and putting green. The large outside dining space was perfect for all of us to be together for meals.Drew was a fantastic host and was very easy to communicate with. We stayed here for the weekend of a family wedding and it was the perfect location for us! We will definitely come back!"
