Cool spot

Great spot not far from the beach (driving distance). Secure and safe. It really is a small ranch, about 4 acres with three small homes/casitas. You have access to all of them for your party. Private pool was great. Ping pong and basketball courts were enjoyed. Overall, very nice. A few amenities were broken, such as the coffee pot in one of the homes, but this was no big deal!

The property was in some disrepair. Unfortunately, it has not been maintained as well as we had expected. This included no hot water in one of the buildings. We also had to request someone to come clean the property, as it was dirty upon arrival. The owner obliged the following day.The pool was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The property is large, lush and private. Good location to beaches, as well as groceries and downtown. We made the best of it and the kids enjoyed our stay.
