"The condo was not like the pictures. Toilet seats in the corner of the bathrooms and not on toilet. Dirty ugly cement wall for a view. Half roll of toilet paper to share for 3 bathrooms. No fitted sheets on the beds. Expected to sleep on bare mattress with a sheet and quilt. The rooftop was full of dirt and unclean gross hottub. We asked aboit it and the manager said we werent aloud on the rooftop that was accessable through our rented condo. But they did not lock it up. They have a threatening...

"My family and I visited the resort in August with a group of 11, and we had so much fun. I would definitely give the resort five stars! Everything was clean, the drinks were great, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious, with so many choices. I only wish they had bacon for breakfast—LOL! I also want to mention the excellent service provided by Roger and Joel, the bartenders. A special thank-you goes to the wonderful entertainment team—Yesi, Juanita, Suny, Jose, and Tony. We had such a great time with them; they were incredibly sweet, friendly, and entertaining. Overall, my entire family had a fantastic experience, and everyone was happy."

"This is my third time at El Cozumeleno. Relax time at the exceptional beach area. Not sure if any other all inclusive has a similar location and footprint at the beach. Food is fine. People are very friendly and nice all around the pool, beach area. Snorkel activity is a must, specially for first timers so they can see what Cozumel is all about, under the sea."

"Good hotel, but a few details to improve* I enjoyed my stay and I give it 4 stars. The room was nice and comfortable, and I appreciate the upgrade for being an Expedia VIP client. However, there were a few issues on arrival: the room phone was not working and there was no drinking water in the room, which I had to request. Also, the food variety could be improved, especially on the international food night. I expected more options and variety for dinner. With better attention to these small details at check-in and in the restaurant, it would easily be a 5-star experience. I would still consider staying here again."
