"visited during covid so was perfect, as a the cottage is a little isolated in small village, would have missed a village shop and pub we could walk to in normal situation. However these amenities were only a short car ride away. Lovely walks were on the doorstep of the cottage and lots of amazing countryside and places to visit all within a hour in the car, so a fantastic location. We were a large party of ten with five children who loved being able to spread out in the spacious accommodation....

"Lovely stay at an amazing old building. 14 adults and a 2 year old stayed for 3 nights for a family weekend away. Loads of bedrooms and bathrooms, a huge dining room and a large farmhouse kitchen meant there was plenty of room for us all. Beautiful garden and peaceful location. Don’t expect modern furnishings, fixtures and fittings and be prepared for uneven floors and very little wi-fi connection but it is warm and comfortable and kitchen very well equipped."
