"The property itself and the views were beautiful, and we truly enjoyed that part of our stay. However, the overall guest experience was disappointing due to the attitude and lack of accommodation from the staff. One incident that particularly stood out was when our group of four families was having breakfast in the lunch room area. Since there were multiple young children with us, a few dry cracker crumbs ended up on the carpet. We made every effort to clean up after ourselves, but some crumbs remained in the carpet fibres. When a staff member came by to empty the garbage, we politely acknowledged the situation and apologized, explaining that we had tried our best to clean everything. Unfortunately, the staff member’s response and tone came across as condescending and unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable and judged rather than understood. There were also several inconveniences that affected our stay: * No change room available near the pool area * No microwave provided in the room, which was especially difficult while travelling with newborns and small children * Despite requesting nearby rooms for our four families at check-in, the staff did not accommodate the request, even though the adjacent rooms appeared to remain vacant during our stay Overall, while the location and scenery were excellent, the hospitality and guest service did not meet expectations."
