"The hotel is fairly new so everything is quite clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly & helpful. It’s unfortunate that the building is surrounded by a train on one side and a major highway on the other. The soundproofing is very good but does not quite filter out the busy highway noises. A good pair of soft earplugs helped with that. Room is well appointed & comfortable. "

"The warm welcome was wonderful and refreshing as we only arrived at 10:30pm after a 6 hour road trip from whistler. We immediately got upgraded and explained where everything was. The room was excellent and had a beautiful balcony. The little touches that felt like home were excellent, full vanity with drawers over the usual shelf under the sink, the fluffy robes, really nice shampoo/conditioner etc. this stay just felt very homey which was so nice! "
