"This Hotel was very nice. Clean! Excellent breakfast! I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults online. When we arrived I was told I had only booked one room. Not something you want to hear after driving 11 hours! He then asked the name of the person in the other room and I told him and he said I have his name here. So he knew I had 2 rooms. Also had me do a transaction for each room. Sorry, not a good first impression. But it is a nice hotel."
