No stairs for 1st floor, very confusing to get around. It smelled like a nursing home on the bottom floor, the top floor smelled as if someone had been cooking fish in it. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot. Didn't try the breakfast because it isn't celiac friendly

Very clean, quiet location. Stayed one night. No issues.
Decent location, and was pet friendly. Other guests were extremely loud and staff never seemed to interfere. Fairly certain illegal activities were taking place.
Stayed 5 days, my room was never cleaned and I never received more towels or toilet paper, or so much as a trash bag after my can became full. Also the room didnt have a microwave, nor a coffee pot.
The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice. Definitely would stay there again.
Only problem was when I checked in I had reserved 2 rooms and the day shift gave one of my rooms to someone else so we only had one room. The lady at the desk working the evening shift took care of it and worked it out.
Hotel is in a good location. Room is large and comfortable. Bathroom sink is weird in that the faucet is far from the sink and water gets everywhere. Breakfast was good with a number of different choices including scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries with several other options.

The staff was fine and willing to bring extra towels and bedding quickly when requested. The room appeared to have been neglected. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed very well at all. I don’t know if this was a pet friendly room or not but it seemed like there had definitely been pets in previous to us. My allergies were active.
Staff was nice when greeted at the front door. It was the room that was bad, stains on the bed, hair in the shower, it didn’t even look like shower was really cleaned. The smell of some sort of smoke was in the air even though I was in a no smoking room due to breathing issues.
Outside and lobby were nice and clean. Check in lady was very friendly and genuine. I arrived late (10:30pm) and was told there was only second floor rooms left. Totally fine, but there is no elevator at this property. I was traveling with pets so lots of trips up and down the stairs to the room/car. I was also given a room right at the top of the steps, which seemed nice to not have to walk more, but the door to the stairs is very heavy and slams closed. And since there’s no elevators that door was opening and closing all night long from other guests. It slammed so hard the wall/door would shake and rattle and we hardly got any sleep. I was also very displeased w the room, particularly the cleanliness. The sheets that covered the box spring were disgusting. There was a brown slip that is to go over the box spring, though some of it was under the mattress so the sheets were showing. Thankfully the sheets on the mattress were fine, but I was hesitant to sleep in it. The carpet in the room is probably older, lots of stains. Otherwise room was ok. I informed the clerk in the morning at checkout of the sheets, showed him pictures. He said he would tell the manager.
