The Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village

8/10 Good

"My room had 2 double beds. Drawer space was limited. The bathroom setup is not ideal. The vanity (for two people) was too small. The shower/tub was in a separate room with the toilet and there were no towel racks in the shower room. It worked but not ideal. The hotel is undergoing some renovations but some of the signage is not ideal. Front desk was very responsive to any issues we raised."

4/10 Poor

"There was blood on the wall in our room, it smelled like a dog kennel and the toilet was clogged when we checked in. They said they would bring a plunger right away, we didn’t get one until 12 hours later after calling three more times. The front desk staff were very rude. I’ve stayed in some nice Best Westerns, this was not one of them. I would never stay here again and not recommend it to anyone else."

10/10 Excellent

"Very clean, well maintained. Room was in great shape. Breakfast from the restaurant was good. I was disappointed that the coffee is removed from the lobby early in the morning. Would greatly appreciate coffee being available at least until the afternoon. This is a common perk in hotels, including ones that are much cheaper than this property. It was also hard to reach the front desk by phone. I had to call multiple times before someone picked up."

"Listen, this isn’t a five star hotel, it’s an older hotel that is well-maintained for its age. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It’s close to everything and if you’re traveling through it’s an inexpensive place to stay where it’s clean and comfortable. I felt safe and secure at this hotel. They accommodated my early check in and I was able to get some rest coming in off of a red eye. This is a last-minute booking for me and it might’ve been a hotel that I wouldn’t have normally stayed at however I’m glad that it came up as an option and I’m glad I selected it. It was perfect for me in terms of where it was located and what my needs were, the town is great, lots of good places to eat nearby and Kathy at the front desk is a helpful and kind person, glad to have met her! I would stay here again without hesitation knowing that it is a clean, value motel style lodging. This isn’t The Meridian but it’s clean and comfortable and very affordable. Thank you for a great stay, I appreciate the hospitality and helpful recommendations."

"Didn’t have WiFi our entire stay with them they claimed it was down all 3 days phones were not getting service in rooms.. the cable tv was also down and I called to complain 3 times about teenagers running around the hallways and slamming doors at midnight it went on for hours. Seriously ridiculous haven’t had such a bad experience staying at an hotel in a while."
