"The hotel was nice and all. My ONLY issue was the Elevator, it was horrible at best, 1 was out of service. 20 and 30 minutes waits at times, and when you’re on a higher floor, it makes it very bad. Also I drive an EV, and the charging was there, but the parking for it wasn’t the best. "

"This time both guest service agents I dealt with offered good customer service the young girl who checked me in and helped me deal with my card issues while changing rooms. Also the girl who offered me vouchers in order for me to enjoy the stay with my nieces. The pool was great for my nieces, The property itself is always spacious and enjoyable as it always is. "

"Check in for this hotel was horrendous! No staff!! No where to sit in their lobby! Line wrapped around forever!! No one came near our room to clean! An entire werkend! My husband had to hunt down staff just to get some vlean towels! Unacceptable! Not even valets be prepared to wait good 45 mins to get your car..the entire place is under staffed!! "
