"The room wasn’t very large, but it was sufficient for us. Our room was located near the elevators, and perhaps because of that, we heard a lot of noise late at night. The bathroom is cramped, and there is a smell in it that seemed like mold or something similar."

They were shocked the ice machine wasn’t working! I wasn’t. Last time Expedia had on there website that a whirlpool was on premises and in use.10 years ago it was. Has been filled in since! Pathetic!"

"I booked a double queen bed room for two people, however I got a pull out bed without bed-set and woke up with heavy back pain. The bed set was requested by me and it was delivered to a different room. Eventually I got it at 10:30pm. The toilet seat was flipped out and I almost fell off. There was no space for sitting in the breakfast room. Even though, the staff told us we received presidential quality room when I complained during checking out. It was the worst experience ever. I hope one day the president will have a chance to stay there, but not me."
