"The unit was not clean and full of human and dog hair. The bed linens were not cleaned and the carpet was not vacuumed. They only made bed up from previous occupants instead of thoroughly washing linens. There were even bugs crawling in bed. Communicated to host of issue and no cleaning service was provided. Called corporate to report issue and they fabricated a story that I declined cleaning service not knowing that I had cameras in place to monitor if someone would come while I was out. Had...

"There were issues for us gaining access to the property due to a glitch with the app showing the listing. But once we got in touch with the host it was fine. "

"The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints."

"Don was great, very quick with communication and helpful whenever we needed something! The place is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of backyard space. We’re kind of tall people so at times it felt a bit compact but it suited us well for the timing and price. Don provided us with everything to use the fire pit, which we were very excited to do but it was cold and rainy most of the weekend. Would definitely stay again! "

"Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey."
