"First room we had smelled of maijuana, and was dirty. Second room we had was overall dirty, handprints on walls, what seemed to be wax all over the floor. All the pictures showed tubs in the bathroom which I was sadly disappointed there were no tubs whatsoever. "

"The room was clean sure but honestly the staff were the worst part of the trip. Didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked through the door. One of them was eating at the table in front so I didn’t even know she worked there until she came behind the counter. Then the room he gave me at first wasn’t clean so they had to give me another room. And on top of that the only vending machines are on the first floor and ice machines are only on the third and fifth one so my room being on the fourth made getting ice and snacks annoying. And then on top of that I paid for late checkout to be at 1pm since it was two of us staying; they kicked us out before the checkout that I pay for! Honestly the stay was ridiculous and I will NOT be coming back."

"The lady who checked us in was unprofessional and rude. Seemed put out that we showed up asking for a room. I mentioned the rate was over $50 cheaper on Expedia and she snapped back with “we don’t go by that if you want you can book through them but it’s gonna be a wait until I check you in”…it took under 2 mins for me to book through the app. This shouldn’t be a person who is the first line of representation for your hotel. "

"Location was perfect due to meetings close to office in NJ. Staff was helpful. Hotel recently charging parking fee which was free until recently. Not sure why charge a fee since there is plenty of parking, its located in a suburban area. Not NYC and no mass transit near by. Not sure why charge a parking fee. There are plenty other hotels nearby that do not charge parking. I would look elsewhere for a stay. "

"The room itself was clean and comfortable. The only issue is parking. When I checked in and advised the clerk I needed parking I was advised to "park wherever I felt comfortable and if you can't find a spot just park in the fire lane." There were cars parked everywhere to the point that it was difficult to drive through the property. Needless to say I didn't sleep well the first night in fear that my vehicle would get towed away as I had to park in the fire lane. "
