"The unit was very nice and clean. The check in process was also very easy. Only thing I didn’t like was the noise coming from the unit above me. The floors and walls are thin. Should consider insulating the floor in the upstairs unit with carpet or something."

"This property was perfect for our visit to NYC. Being steps away from Newark Penn Station made our commuting into the city each day very easy. The restaurants downstairs were convenient and delicious. The 24 hour paid parking lot at the end of the building was a perfect place to leave our car. While the street corner near the train station was kind of sketchy with all the people hanging around, there was always police presence and we never felt unsafe. "If you are looking for a bed and shower. This place is right for you. Plenty of space for at least 8 people. The beds were clean. The property MANAGER IS/WAS phenomenal!!! He was so caring and helpful!!! I cannot say enough how GREAT he made us feel comfortable and safe!!! Only giving 3 stars because I think it needs some updates. Other than that. I’d book again. It’s so close to the train station. We appreciated it!!!"
