"They made it very easy to travel with our dog. There was no hassle about bringing him. There is stations outside the building with signs for easy pet cleanup. The rooms are designated for pets but there is no odor of pets! "

"They allowed us to check in two hours early, which was great as we were there for a wedding that day. The rooms are a bit dated but everything was clean and neat and we got a credit for snacks and toiletries. The facilities are beautiful, especially the restaurant and the observatory. And right next to the train station. A hidden gem! "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our sink as soon as we checked in. The front desk representative reported it right away and even made sure we knew it was fixed when we returned. The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The hotel had a welcoming feel to it. Any time you saw a staff member they were always asking if you needed any assistance. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel every year since they rebranded it from the Wyndham back in 2006-07. It’s always a pleasure staying here and they have done a great job remodeling the lobby. If though it was nice and clean, the rooms are very dated. My only recommendation is to make some changes to the rooms but the shared spaces are fantastic. Shout out to the Ironbound restaurant team for always being professional and welcoming "

"The property was very nice. I didn't like the fact, that 2 days before my arrival, I was cancel and booked me in Marriot Hanover hotel, according to them, was due to maintenance issues. My son, argued & talked to the sales manager. They let me in, but, transfer the booking to other members of my family to Marriot hotel. I think, they overbooked. We were part of a family wedding, we choose to be together."

"Hotel is clean and parking, facilities etc are great but the soundproofing in the rooms isn’t great. Could hear people above walking around, people in next room closing the window blinds, neighbors toilets flushing, don’t know what was heavily dropped upstairs from our room a few times. The linens on the bed were annoying, king size bed but must have been queen size mattress cover and bottom sheet, just would not stay in place. I couldn’t get them to cover the bed. Lovely shower and bathroom. "
