Room is a little weathered. It was cleaned well for what is was. Lots of old stains on the carpet around the room. Lobby reflected the same. The shuttle was a very convenient feature when they arrived on time. Getting to the hotel from airport was a little delayed, But leaving the hotel was right on time, they even brought us right to our terminal! The cookies are always a great touch.

Very comfortable hotel close to the airport and not far from MetLife. Also really close to Prudential Center. Across from Penn Station making it easy to get into the city too.

The staff are wonderful. The location is super convenient for transit. The sound insulation in the room was not good and I could hear the loud people in the room above me loud and clear at 6:30 am. There was no body wash in the soap dispenser.
