"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code."

"Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service "

"Property outside was not clean. Rung the bell NO ANSWER AT ALL. Called the number that was listed and was told that it wasn't an Airbnb and that the property was sold. Would never refer this property to anyone"

"Nice place, was a bit noisy at 4am on the street. I think it was people leaving the rooftop club"

"Spacious room for NYC, clean and comfy bed."

"Rooms were clean and the front desk staff were really helpful. The only issue was that the breakfast was really busy and the things like waffles and eggs would run out 20-30min before the actual end. The quantity should have been planned and made ready based on the guests."

"Solid choice"

"Great location."

"Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately on the booking it says there is parking but they don’t have any parking or valet. You have to go park your car in the street in front."

"such a great hotel at a great price!! Staff was so helpful, kind, & go above & beyond to make sure you have the best possible stay especially Jhune who even upgraded us to a suite. Super clean & cozy room w a view of the Empire State Building too! Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in the city. Thank you guys for making our stay so amazing!!"

"Great location for the subway to NY locations and Path to NJ. Friendly & accomodating staff. Only drawback is 5th floor was a little too close to ground level so some noise from the street throughout the night."

"The room was clean, but unfortunately very small. Once we had put our luggage in, the space felt cluttered very quickly, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The bathroom door was also a bit disappointing, as it was a sliding door with gaps on both sides, meaning you couldn’t properly close it and have full privacy. The view was okay, but as we were on the 5th floor, it felt a little like being on the road rather than having a particularly nice view. The staff experience was quite...

"El hotel estuvo excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, a pasos de Herald Square, el subte y el Empire State, lo que nos facilitó muchísimo movernos por la ciudad. La habitación fue cómoda, limpia y con todo lo necesario para descansar bien después de largas caminatas. Muy lindo todo."
