"This was a lot of money to spend on a room that didn’t even have a refrigerator. I mean, it was a clean, decent room—but the value to price ratio is hella upside down. I can’t even say how shocked I was that I was going to have to toss leftovers from a dinner I ordered in. Boooooo."

"Front desk had helpful staff at check-in, held luggage in storage due to early arrival so we could explore. Evening and morning staff indifferent. Frozen foods were terribly poor quality. Microwave didn’t work well. No amenities in room. AC didn’t work well. TV went out. Morning transfer a bit late, despite booking day ahead. Average facility, close to airport… would not recommend."

"No cup or glass in the bathroom. Had to go to front desk to get a paper cup. No hair dryer . Had to request one. TV did not work. Had to call house keeping to have someone fix it. Remote was not working either so could not watch anything. Shade got stuck and could not bring it back up. Refrigerator was not stable and had to hold it down to open the door. Carpet looked filthy. No “ do not disturb” sign available to put in door. No bathmat available the second night. Had to use a face cloth to put on the floor so wouldn’t slip."
